Our company sold goods and/or provided services to the City.  There seems to be a delay in payment.  When can we expect the payment?
The City department receiving the goods and/or services must complete supporting documentation before a vendor payment is issued.  Financial Services promptly issues a vendor payment after all supporting documentation is complete.  Contact the City department buying the goods  and services to determine the possible cause for the delay.
